We provide a brief orientation so your team knows what to expect (e.g., "patients will receive automatic reminders"), but there's no new software to learn.

Absolutely. Different treatments require different messaging. Botox follow-up is different from laser treatment aftercare.

We set up treatment-specific sequences that include:

Service & Support

Support depends on your plan:

We don't lock you into long-term contracts. Cancel anytime with 30 days notice.

If you leave, we'll provide documentation of all automations so you (or another provider) can maintain them. We'll also help with a smooth transition.
