Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the GlowOps website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.
Services Description
GlowOps provides AI-powered automation services for med spas and aesthetic practices, including but not limited to:
- Smart appointment booking and reminders
- Treatment follow-up sequences
- Review generation and reputation management
- Membership and loyalty automation
- Personalized marketing campaigns
- Practice analytics and reporting
Service Engagement
Our services are provided on a subscription basis. Specific terms, pricing, and deliverables will be outlined in a separate service agreement before any work begins. All service agreements are subject to these general Terms of Service.
ROI Guarantee
We stand behind our work with a 30-day ROI guarantee. If your automation does not demonstrate positive ROI within 30 days of implementation, we will continue working at no additional cost until it does. This guarantee is subject to:
- Practice providing accurate appointment and no-show data
- Practice granting necessary access to booking systems
- Practice implementing our recommendations in good faith
- Reasonable cooperation in the optimization process
Platform Access
To provide our services, you agree to grant us appropriate access to:
- Your practice management or booking system
- Email and SMS communication platforms
- Review management tools
- CRM systems
All access credentials will be treated as confidential and used only for service delivery.
Compliance
While GlowOps focuses on operational automation rather than clinical systems, we are committed to helping your practice maintain compliance with applicable regulations. Our automations are designed to handle scheduling, reminders, and marketing communications, not Protected Health Information (PHI).
Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement. Generally:
- Payments are due monthly in advance
- We accept major credit cards and bank transfers
- Late payments may result in service suspension
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time with 30 days written notice. Upon cancellation:
- You will retain access to automations already built
- Ongoing support and optimization will cease
- No refunds for partial months
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, you own the custom automations we build for your practice. We retain the right to use general techniques, methodologies, and non-client-specific code in other projects.
Confidentiality
We treat all practice information as confidential, including but not limited to appointment volumes, revenue data, and client feedback. We will not share your proprietary data with third parties without your explicit consent.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GlowOps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding any claim.
Disclaimer
Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we strive for accuracy in our ROI projections based on industry benchmarks (60% no-show reduction with automated reminders), actual results may vary based on your specific practice, client demographics, and services offered.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GlowOps from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify active clients of material changes via email. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
